Please read these Terms carefully before buying or using the Program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Digital Product Disclosure

The Program is a digital educational product delivered online at vladimirshmondenko.com. Upon purchase, you receive access to proprietary materials, which may include:

• Bonus materials

All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Account Access & Use

After purchase, you get access to the member area with the email address used at checkout. Access is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Access to the Program is granted to one individual purchaser only. You agree:

• Not to share your login or login links with others
• Not to distribute or reproduce Program materials
• Not to resell, sublicense, or publicly display content

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refund eligibility depends on whether the content has been accessed.

A. If you access the Program

Once you log in and access the Program, you have 24 hours from the time of first access to request a refund. After 24 hours from first access, no refunds will be granted.

B. If you do not access the Program

If you purchase the Program but do not log in or access any content, you may request a refund within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of purchase. If no access has occurred and the request is made within 14 days, a full refund will be issued.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Full name used at checkout
• Email address used at checkout
• Order or receipt number (from your payment receipt)
• Date of purchase

Refund requests submitted outside the applicable window will not be honored.

6. No Results Guarantee

The Program does not guarantee specific financial, physical, or personal results. Outcomes depend on factors including:

• Consistency
• Prior experience
• Implementation
• Individual circumstances

You acknowledge that results vary between individuals.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vladimir Shmondenko and associated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support to resolve the issue may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Program
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
• Formal dispute documentation submitted to the payment processor
